Privacy policy for Group Logistic ApS
In our Group Logistic ApS Privacy Policy you will find help to understand what data we collect, why we collect it and what we as a data controller organization use it for.


1. General
1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data that you provide to us and/or that we collect about you when you are a customer of Group Logistic ApS or when you visit our webshops.

3. Website and cookies
3.1. When you visit one of Group Logistic ApS's own webshops, we use Google Analytics cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser in order to recognize your computer on repeat visits. Cookies help us to see how many people visit the website (traffic measurement) and how our users interact on the website.

We do not process information about user behavior that can link user behavior to specific individuals.


3.2 As mentioned in section 3.1, we use Google Analytics cookies to give us insight into how visitors use our website. We do not share this data with anyone, and the knowledge we gain is used solely to improve the website and the user experience for you as a visitor. 4. Collection of personal data
4.1. If you are a customer or if you contact us via one of our webshops, we collect the following general personal data about you, including: name, address, postal code, city, country, mobile number and email address as well as billing information such as company name, CVR number, etc. if relevant. Furthermore, the payment gateway provider collects payment card information when completing purchases by credit card.



Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if it is in the interest of the customer or visitor.



4.3. We do not collect any special categories of personal data (sensitive data) about you.




5. Processing of personal data
5.1. We only process personal data to the extent necessary, e.g. when you become a customer or sign up for our newsletter. This may for example be necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under agreements and related services. It may also be necessary to fulfill our obligations as a Danish company, where we are subject to Danish law.



Personal data shall be understood as defined in the Danish Personal Data Act.



5.3 To a certain extent, we collect data and use for profiling for purposes that are in the customer's interest and do not misuse your personal data. Furthermore, we do not disclose your personal data without your consent, unless we are required to do so by law.

    6. Sharing your personal data
    6.1. We may share your personal data with suppliers and business partners who assist us with the fulfillment of your order or who assist us with our IT operations, hosting, logistics, marketing, etc. This means that we may, for example, share your information with our service providers, our technical support, our bank and the bank that issued the credit card used for the purchase.


    6.1.2. We share your information to the extent we are obliged to, e.g. as a result of reporting requirements to public authorities such as SKAT.



    6.2. The CEO and customer service employees and IT consultants of Group Logistic ApS have access to the information registered about you. Responsible for data management at Group Logistic ApS and the associated webshops is the CEO of Group Logistic ApS.


    6.3. Information provided to Group Logistic ApS and associated webshops shall not be disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, unless this is done in connection with restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the applicable personal data law at the time. We do not register any personally sensitive information.



    6.5. Information required to submit a Trustpilot request is provided to Trustpilot A/S.



    7. Sharing of data with recipients outside the EU/EØS
    7.1 As a data controller, we only share personal data with recipients outside the EU/EØS if they commit to comply with the same European legislation as we do.



    7.2 Through our data processing agreements, we have ensured that these parties do not misuse your aggregated data.





    8. Protection of personal data
    8.1. According to the Personal Data Act, your personal data must be kept secure and confidential. We store your personal information on computers with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. Our security measures are regularly reviewed to determine whether our user information is handled securely and with due regard for your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security for data transfers via the internet. This means that there may be a (limited) risk of unauthorized access to information by others when data is sent and stored electronically. You provide your personal data at your own risk.


    8.2 Personal data registered with Group Logistic ApS in connection with a purchase is stored for 5 years, calculated from the end of the relevant financial year in which the transaction is completed, after which the data is deleted. The information is stored in accordance with section 10 of the Danish Accounting Act.



    8.4. The rapid development of the internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change necessary guidelines for the processing of personal data. If we do so, we will of course correct the date in section 10. “last updated” at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our websites.


    8.5. To the extent that personal data about you is processed, you have the right, according to the Danish Personal Data Act, to be informed which personal data can be attributed to you. If it turns out that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked. You may at any time object to the processing of information about you. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. Complaints must be filed with the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. the Danish Personal Data Act, section 58(1).



    9. Discrepancies
    9.1. As registered with Group Logistic Aps, you always have the right to object to registrations. You also have the right to find out what information is registered about you. If your data is incorrect or misleading, you have the right to have it corrected, deleted or blocked. These rights are yours in accordance with the Personal Data Act.     9.2 If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service at [email protected]. If a solution cannot be achieved, you can submit a complaint to the relevant boards in the area: Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, if the conditions for this are met. You have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data concerning you. The complaint must be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. section 58(1)

    9.3 Any dispute between the company and the customer shall be settled in accordance with Danish law.



    9.4 As of February 15, 2016, European businesses and consumers will have a new digital platform: ODR. ODR aims to make consumer complaints about goods and services in the EU easier to handle. ODR stands for online dispute resolution (online complaint resolution). For consumers, this means that they can complain directly to the European company where they did business. The purpose of the ODR platform is to tie many appeal bodies together. Consumers and businesses can be in direct contact with each other. For example, a Danish consumer can write his or her complaint in Danish directly to, for example, an Italian company that has been traded with. The complaint is translated by the EU's own translation software into Italian, and the company then receives the complaint in their native language.
