Members Club
You make a purchase at the member price in our shop. Your membership is then automatically activated.
Yes, you can shop at Crossbordersupermarkets.com as a guest and without being a member. Then you simply shop at our normal prices and remember to select the normal price before adding the item to your cart
You can always unsubscribe if you no longer need it. However, for technical reasons, this is only possible 24 hours after registration.
At crossbordersupermarkets.com, we want to make it cheaper to be a consumer. Members can buy 123,000 branded and everyday products at purchase prices - far below the normal supermarket price. This means that you pay the same as we pay the supplier. We have removed our profit on the individual item, and all you have to pay is a monthly membership fee plus the purchase price of what you put in your basket.
The practical
You can cancel your membership whenever you want, there is no commitment. To cancel your membership, log in to our "Customer Center" or contact our customer service by email or phone.
Your membership is registered to your email address. Therefore, you must provide your email address when you contact us in connection with your membership.
If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot password?" function. You will then receive an email with a link to choose a password to log in with. (Remember to check your spam filter if you do not receive the email).
Remember to use the email address you used for your purchase. If you cannot log in or your email address cannot be recognized, it may be because you either used a different email address when you made your purchase with us or there is a spelling error in your email address. Contact our customer service by email or phone and they will help you further.
You log in to the "Customer Center" with the email address you used for your purchase. The first time you log in, use the "Forgot your password?" function. You will then receive an email with a link to choose a password with which you can log in (remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive the email).
Your order confirmation is your invoice. We don't offer anything else than this unfortunately, as we are a website for private individuals only.
We don't have a physical store, we are an online-only store.
About buying
You will receive an email from BRING with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way from our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, you always have the right to use your right of withdrawal.
If the parcel shop you have chosen is full of parcels, Bring will route your parcel to the nearest parcel shop that has space. Here you can then pick up your parcel.
Return costs must be paid by the buyer. The package must be sent with delivery to the address. Please note that we do not pick up shipments sent to parcel shops or shipments sent COD. It is an advantage to send the shipment with Track and Trace, as you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us.

Please note! You cannot physically drop off the package at the address.
Once you have completed your purchase - i.e. clicked approve and entered your payment details - you will receive an order confirmation email. If the email does not arrive in your inbox, there is a chance that it will end up in your spam filter. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, an error may have occurred. Send us an email at [email protected] and we will help you find the error or resend the order confirmation.
Unfortunately, we cannot change or add anything to an order that has already been paid for.
Only private individuals can become a member of Crossbordersupermarkets.com and shop at the member price. Business customers can shop at the normal price.
Unfortunately, we don't. We sell all our products at cost price. This means you can buy items at a great discount as long as you are a member.
Your order is now being processed and will be shipped as soon as possible. The delivery time of your order depends on the products you have ordered. The delivery time of the products is stated on the individual product pages on Crossbordersupermarkets.com under 'Delivery time' and all items are shipped together. You will receive an email from Bring with a link to track & trace as soon as your package has been shipped.
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on most items purchased in our webshop. For food and household goods, there is NO right of withdrawal.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification must be given by email at [email protected]. In the notification, you must clearly state your order number and that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Remember to include a copy of the order confirmation and/or our withdrawal form in the package.
In the event that the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected] for further information on how to proceed. There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
